摘要
本文主要论述英美文学赏析在大学英语教学中的重要性。教师在大学英语教学中引入英美文学赏析,采用文化背景介绍、文学作品的阅读理解与赏析等课堂教学方法,可以培养学生的学习兴趣,调动学生学习英语的主动性和积极性,提升大学英语教学质量和效率,使学生在学习语言知识的同时增强阅读能力,提高写作水平和文学素养。
The paper highlights the importance of English and American Literature appreciation in College English Teaching. College English teachers introduce English and American literature appreciation in their teaching by explain the cultural background,literature reading comprehension and appreciation,which can cultivate students＇ interest in learning,mobilize students＇ learning initiative and enthusiasm,thus improve the quality and efficiency of college English teaching,make students improve their reading ability in the learning of language knowledge and better the level of writing and literary attainments.
