摘要
独立学院是我国高等教育重要组成部分,在教务管理中存在诸多问题。教务员作为学校基层教务管理人员,应准确合理地进行角色定位,防止角色模糊和错位,激发工作的积极性,提高工作效率。
The Independent Institute is an important part of higher education in educational administration,there are many problems.Academic Senate members of management as a primary school,should be reasonably accurate for roles,role ambiguity,and to prevent dislocation,to stimulate the enthusiasm of the work,improve work efficiency.
