摘要
经济发达国家关于中小企业自主创新的政策与法律保障具有针对性强、可操作性等特点,可以适应中小企业自主创新的需要。中国的相关政策和法律保障还存在许多不足。通过国际比较,可以为完善中国中小企业自主创新政策与法律保障提供思路。
Economically developed countries,characterised by its pertinence actionability on SME independent innovation policy legal protection,can adapt to the needs of SME independent innovation.While in China there are still many deficiencies on the relevant policies legal protection.This paper,by a view of international comparison,aims to provide reference for our SME independent innovation policy legal protection.
