经胸及食道超声心动图对人工心脏瓣膜的综合评估及其意义 被引量:1

摘要 心脏人工瓣膜置换术后,常需要及时评价手术效果,如人工瓣功能、心功能、肺动脉压力、是否存在手术并发症等,并需要定期随访。超声心动图是目前最有价值的无创检查技术。本文就人工瓣的超声评估作一简要综述,以提高人工瓣功能异常诊断的准确性。
