摘要
目的：探讨腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的临床效果及安全性。方法：对2008年1月-2010年8月在我科采用腹腔镜手术治疗80例异位妊娠患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。20例行输卵管切除术,60例行保守性手术。结果：80例患者均于腹腔镜下完成手术,无副损伤。平均手术时间33 min。结论：腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠安全、疗效确切。对有生育要求的异位妊娠患者,应尽量行输卵管保守性手术。
Objective： To investigate the effect and safety of laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy. Methods： A retrospective study of laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy was conducted in this setting. From January 2008 to August 2010, 80 women with eetopic pregnancy were treated with laparoscopie surgery, among which 20 received unilateral salpingectomy, others got conservative operations. Results：All the 80 eases were operated successfully. And no complication happened. The average operation time was 33rain. Conclusions： Laparoscopic surgery is feasible and safe in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy . The conservative laparoscopic operations should be recommended to women with ectopic pregnancy who have birth demand in the future.
