H型钢成分控制

Research on Component of H beam Steel

摘要 研究了河北某大型钢厂采用半敞开方式浇注H型钢的成分控制。结果表明:在刚投产时,H型钢的裂纹几率在60%以上,在通过以下两个方面的控制可把其裂纹几率控制在1%以内。一,把钢中S、P含量控制在[S]<0.015%、[P]<0.017%;二,控制铸坯中T[O]<70×10-6以及显微夹杂物总体几率<0.1%。此时,若想进一步降低其裂纹发生几率就应对其采用的半敞开浇注方式进行优化,但考虑成本问题还需进一步研究探讨。 The paper researched the controling of component in H beam steel which are produced by semi-open way by some of Hebei iron and steel company.The study shows that:the crack probobility of H beam steel is up to 60%,through the following aspects,the crack probobility can be down to less than 1%.Fristly,the content of S,P shuold be controled in the [S] 0.015%,[P]0.017%;Secondly,the control of slab T[O]70×10^-6 and the volume ratio of microscopic inclusions chances 0.1%.Then,if you want to further reduce their occurrence probability would have to crack it using semi-open casting for optimization,but considering the cost issues that required further study.
