球团矿添加镁质添加剂的研究 被引量:4

摘要 为改善酸性球团矿冶金性能差的问题,通过配加镁质添加剂,提高球团矿MgO含量,可以提高球团矿的冶金性能。结果表明:配加添加剂后,球团矿还原膨胀提高了4.89%,温度区间变窄16℃,软化性能得到了明显改善,高炉日平均产量增加85.5 t。 To improve the acidic pellets metallurgical properties,by the way of adding magnesia additive and enhancing the content of MgO in spheric agglomeration,we can improve the metallurgical properties of spheric agglomeration.The result shows that:by adding additive,the reductive dilatability of pellets improved 4.89%,temperature range reduced 16℃,and softening property was obviously improved.As a result,the daily average yield of BF was increased 85.5t.
