摘要
为达到烟厂节能降耗,对烟厂水、电、煤等能源进行计量管理,本文将介绍"国内某烟厂能源管理与信息监控系统平台"。重点解析了该系统平台的设计,开发和应用的过程。它不仅能对烟厂的能源消耗进行系统地采集、分析、监控和管理;而且还可以依据该平台所提供出来的信息,对烟厂耗能设备提出节能改造计划,对生产过程能耗系统进行优化设计,以及强化烟厂能源管理制度。
In order to achieve energy saving cigarette factory,the cigarette factory water、 electricity,coal and other energy measured management,the ＂A domestic cigarette factory energy management control systems and information platform＂ will be introduced,focusing on analysis of the system platform design,development and application of process.It is not only the energy consumption of tobacco factory systematic collection,analysis,monitoring and management,but also based on the platform out of the information provided,the cigarette factory equipment,energy-saving energy plan,energy systems of the production process optimize the design,energy management system and strengthening tobacco factory are proposed.
