摘要
目的分析探讨采用纵切横缝加皮下外括约肌切断术治疗中重度环状混合痔的临床方法和效果。方法对63例中重度环状混合痔患者采用常规麻醉下行纵切横缝加皮下外括约肌切断术治疗的临床资料进行分析总结。结果术后随访1～2年,治愈62例(占98.41%),明显好转1例(占1.59%),未愈0例(0%),总有效率达100%。结论纵切横缝加皮下外括约肌切断术具有疗效显著、可靠,并发症少,愈合时间短,肛门塑形好等优点。可作为中重度环状混合痔患者的理想治疗方法。
Objective To detect and analyse the clinic treatment and effect of longitudinal cutting the deformational add subcutaneous sphincter on moderate and severe ring mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A retrospective study of 63 cases of moderate and severe ring mixed hemorrhoids who were treated with the longitudinal cutting the deformational add subcutaneous sphincter in normal anesthesia.Results Patients were followed up for 1 to 2 years.62 cases were cured（98.41%）,1 case improved obviously（1.59%）,0 case uncured（0%）,and the total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion The treatment of the longitudinal cutting the deformational add subcutaneous sphincter which has fewer complications,short healing time,and good anus model is significant and reliable.It can be a well treatment in patients of moderate and severe ring mixed hemorrhoids.
