摘要
目的探讨预见性护理在皮瓣移植术后患者中的应用效果,以提高皮瓣的成活率。方法对198例皮瓣移植术后患者,实施预见性护理,内容包括环境、体位、皮瓣局部温度、疼痛、心理、饮食、及时观察皮瓣血运情况等。结果 198例皮瓣移植术后患者皮瓣移植全部成活率为99.5%;没有1例患者发生护理并发症。结论预见性护理可有效地提高皮瓣移植术后患者的皮瓣成活率。
Objective To investigate the effect of predictive nursing intervention on flap survival after transplantation of skin flap. Methods 198 skin flap transplantation patients received nursing interventions including close observations of environment, body position, local temperature, pains, mental status, diets and blood circulation of the flaps. Results The transplanted flap in 197 survived totally and partially survived in one patient. None occurred nursing complications. Conclusion Nursing intervention effectively raises-the flap survival rate of flap transplantation, improve the quality of care and promote patient recovery.
