摘要
目的调查老年患者对护理关怀行为的需求。方法采用自行设计的护理关怀行为调查问卷对92例老年住院患者进行调查。了解患者对护理关怀行为的需求情况。结果 45.6%～76.1%的老年患者十分需要护士有爱心,能表达关怀;50.0%～84.8%的老年患者十分需要护士具备良好的专业能力;43.5%～58.7%的老年患者十分需要能提供基本生活照顾的需求;41.3%～76.1%的老年患者十分需要获得健康教育知识;32.6%～50.0%的老年患者十分需要护士能满足其获得心理社会支持的需求;21.7%～45.7%的老年患者十分需要获得情感关怀。老年患者认为需求最高的5项护理关怀行为中,以操作性行为需求为主,需求最低的5项均属表达性行为。结论老年患者以操作性行为需求为主,对表达性行为需求较低。护士应了解老年患者对护理行为的需求情况,满足患者对护理关怀的需求,从而提高护理质量,促进患者康复。
Objective To investigate the requirements of elderly patients for nursing care behaviors. Method 92 elderly patients were investigated with a self-designed caring behavior evaluation scale. Results 45.6% - 76.1% of elderly patients need the love and respect from nurses. 50.0%- 84.8% of them thought the nurses should be excellent in professional ability. 43.5% - 58.7% of them hoped nurses should satisfy their basic life demands. 41.3% - 76.1% expressed their needs for health education. 32.6% - 50.0% hoped that nurses should satisfy their psychosocial support. 21.7% - 45.7% thought that nurses should support them emotionally. Among all of the needs, the top 5 behavior requirements involved nursing manipulations and the last 5 expressive behaviors. Conclusions Need for operative behavior is the leading need in eldely patients. Nurses should well realize and then meet the needs of elderly patients for nursing care behaviors in order to improve the quality of care and promote patients＇ rehabilitation.
