摘要
目的:建立滑膜炎制剂中丹酚酸B的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Alltima C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),乙腈-1.7%甲酸溶液(19∶81)为流动相;检测波长为287 nm。结果:线性范围0.054 1～5.413 7μg(r=0.999 9);平均回收率:滑膜炎颗粒100.3%,RSD为1.2%(n=9);滑膜炎胶囊100.8%,RSD为1.4%(n=9);滑膜炎片101.2%,RSD为0.9%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便、准确,重现性好。
To establish an HPLC method for determination of Salvianolic acid B in Huamoyan preparations. Methods ： U- sing Alltima Cts （4. 6 mmx 250 mm,5 p^m） as column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile -1.7% formic acid （19：81 ） and the detection wavelength is 287 rim. Results ： The linear correlation of Salvianolic acid B observed in the range 0. 054 1 - 5.413 7 μg （r = 0. 999 9）. The average recoveries were 100. 3% with RSD 1.2% （n = 9） （Huamoyan Granules）, 100. 8% with RSD 1.4% （n = 9） （Huamoyan Capsules） and 101.2% with RSD 0. 9% （n =9） （Huamoyan Tablets）. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and reDroducible.
