摘要
文中针对某舰载显控台设计,借助ANSYS软件,建立显控台有限元模型,对显控台进行模态分析,并通过加载舰船真实的振动条件和颠震条件,对显控台进行动力响应分析。根据分析结果,对显控台整体结构强度做出评价,找出显控台结构薄弱部位,并据此进行显控台结构优化和减振系统设计。
In a shipborne console design,ANSYS software is employed to build a finite element model.The simulation state analysis for the console is carried out and the dynamic response is also analyzed by loading the real vibration and bumping condition of the ship in this paper.The whole structure intensity of the console is evaluated according to the analysis result and find out the weak part of the console structure.The structural optimization and vibration control design are carried out on this basis.
