摘要
针对医院、银行、车站等公共服务机构经常出现客体长时间排队等待造成时间浪费的现象,在传统排队叫号系统的基础上,提出一种具有时间提醒功能的新型排队叫号系统的实现方法,通过引入短信服务平台,实现向客体提醒剩余等待时间的功能。实验结果表明:短信提醒功能让客体在满足正常服务的前提下,能自由安排等候时间,与现有排队叫号系统相比,更具实用性。
Aiming at the phenomenon that customers in banks,hospitals,rails and other service objects often waited for a long time in line,the method of implementation for a new type of Queuing and Calling System with time reminding was proposed based on the traditional Queuing and Calling System architecture.The method could remind the customers to know the remained waiting time by introducing the platform of short message service.Customers could chose message reminding service to arrange time freely under the premise of normal business process.The new System was superior with effectiveness to the existing Queuing and Calling System.
