摘要
改革开放30年来,我国的社会主义法治建设取得巨大成就,但第二轮志书在记述法治建设方面存在许多疏漏与不足,包括记述对象的名称、记述的篇幅、记述的内容、记述的次序和记述的方法等方面。目前,方志界还没有充分认识到记载好改革开放30年中国法治建设的重要性,以及第二轮志书在记述法治建设方面所存在问题的严重性,并具体分析这些问题的存在原因和解决方法,意在使今后地方志书编纂避免出现同样的问题,以进一步提高第二轮志书的质量与功用,促进社会主义法治建设。
After 30 years of reform and opening-up,socialist rule of law construction in our country has made tremendous achievements,yet there are many omissions and deficiencies with second-round local records in recording rule of law construction,including things such as names of recording objects,length of recording,contents of recording,sequence of recording,and methods of recording.At the moment,the local records circle has not yet fully recognized the importance of well documented Chinese rule of law construction in 30 years’of reform and opening-up,and the seriousness of existing problems with second-round local records in recording rule of law construction.This article specifically analyzes the causes for the existing of such problems and their solutions,and aims to avoid the appearance of the same problems in future local record compilation practice,so as to further improve the quality and application of second-round local records and facilitated socialist rule of law construction.
