摘要
Rim101蛋白是白念珠菌中pH应答反应的重要转录因子.为进一步研究Rim101p的功能,采用PCR方法获得RIM101基因序列,并将其克隆入表达载体pET-21a,转化大肠杆菌表达菌BL21,通过摸索诱导条件使Rim101p在大肠杆菌中成功表达.EMSA实验结果进一步验证了重组Rim101p的活性.
In Candida albicans,Rim101p is an important transcripital factor to pH response.For further research on the function of Rim101p,Rim101 gene was cloned,expression voctor pET-21a-Rim101 was constructed and Rim101p express in E.coli was made successfully.EMSA results suggest that Rim101p expressed in E.coli had the ability to bind GCCAAGAA element.
