摘要
我国农业灌溉用水在水资源利用中占有很大比重,正确评价农业水资源安全利用状况对水资源的可持续利用具有重要意义。通过分析农业水资源安全研究进展,从现状负载指数、可持续发展指数两方面建立了农业水资源安全评价模型,并将该模型应用到泰来县农业水资源安全性评价中,得出的结论符合客观实际,为区域经济发展提供了决策理论依据,为定量分析农业水资源安全利用状况开辟了一条新途径。
Agricultural irrigation water accounts for large proportion of water resources utilization in China,so it is of great significance for sustainable utilization of water resources to evaluate regional agricultural water resources safety rightly.Through analyzing the research progress of agricultural water resources safety,the evaluation of agricultural water resources safety model,which is applied to evaluate agricultural water resources safety in Tailai County,is built from the two aspects of the current load index,sustainable development index.The results accord with objective reality,so it can offer decision-making theory for the area economic development and it can also offer a new way for analyzing the security of agricultural water resources utilization quantitatively.
