摘要
主要针对胶条共挤PVC型材在实际生产成型中常见的胶条黏附不牢、胶条变形、型材直线弯曲不合格、胶条移位、表面质量差、成型时堵模等问题进行分析,并提出了相应的解决方法。
Problems, such as unfirm adhesion of strip, deformation of strip, unqualified curved profiles, strip displacement, poor appearance quality and die block during molding, occurred during the practical co-extrusion of PVC and strip were analyzed, and the corresponding measures were proposed.
