摘要 为了避免工程实际中由于不同接线形式下切换方式设置不合理、有关定值设置不正确造成的人为厂用电切换失败事故,文中结合若干不同接线形式的电厂厂用电切换的实例,探讨了发电厂厂用电厂内、厂外备用电源接线形式下合环角度对并联切换的影响,以及启备变100%备用、非100%备用情况下冲击电流对串联切换的影响,分析了各种切换过程中的冲击电流及母线失压问题,并给出了最大厂用电并联切换合环角度的计算方法,指出了两台机组共用一台启备变接线方式不允许负荷完全快速切换的问题,建议积极考虑采用同时切换方式。根据分析结果给出了不同接线形式的厂用电源切换方式的选择方法。 To prevent the manual switching failure events of auxiliary power system that are caused by unreasonable set- ting of switching mode under different connection modes or incorrect value setting in application, the influence of power angle of auxiliary power system on parallel switching mode is discussed by taking the example of the switching of auxiliary power system under several different connection modes. Then the impact of impulse current on series switching when startup transformer is under stand-by heat and stand-by cool mode, the problems of impulse current and bus voltage failure during all switching are analyzed. In addition, the calculation method of maximum loop closing angle of parallel switching for auxiliary power system is given. At the same time, the issue that load is not permitted to completely fast switch under connection mode of two units sharing same start-up transformer is pointed out, and the same switching mode is suggested for this case. The selecting method of the switching mode for auxiliary power system under different con- nection modes is put forward according to analysis results.
