本文综述了辐照技术在饲料加工中的应用,论述了饲料辐照加工的安全性,并对饲料辐照灭菌进行了综合探讨,对辐照对饲料营养成分的影响进行了综合的分析,以期对生产和以后的试验研究进行指导。
This article gives an introduction of the use of irradiation on feed, discusses the safety of feed irradiation, and also discusses the effect of irradiation on the nutrient substanee in feed, aiming to guide the production and the study in experiments.
