摘要
随着扬州旅游业的迅速发展,导游人员的薪酬问题已成为社会关注的焦点之一。本文分析了扬州导游人员现行的薪酬制度,探讨了扬州导游薪酬体系存在的问题,进而提出可行的薪酬制度。
With the rapid development of Yangzhou tourism, tour guides' salary issue has become one of the focuses of the society.This paper analyzes the salary system of tour guides in Yangzhou, and discusses the existing problems of Yangzhou tour guide salary system,and then puts forward a feasible salary system.
