摘要
当前中国社会的快速发展给高校辅导员的工作带来了巨大的挑战。微博等新媒体的出现使得辅导员在学生的工作管理中必须与时俱进,不断创新。高校辅导员当积极学习使用微博等新的工具,占领宣传工作的重要阵地,加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作。
The rapid development of China＇s society brought great challenges to the college counselor. The emergence of microblog and other new media require college counselors be progressive and innovative in student affairs.College counselors should positively learn to use microblog and other new media, and make them the main tools of advocating policies, so as to enhance and improve college students＇ ideological and political education.
