摘要
维护青少年合法权益,服务青少年健康成长,是全社会的共同责任。新形势下青少年合法权益遭受侵害的现象普遍存在,社会对维护青少年合法权益的重要性认识不足,青少年维权部门权责不清、法制建设滞后,青少年自觉维权的意识和能力薄弱。要调整、完善青少年维权工作的基本格局,培养、增强青少年维护合法权益的意识和能力,丰富、创新维护青少年合法权益的方式和方法,建立健全覆盖城乡的青少年维权工作保障、协调、监督机制,不断深化构建青少年维权工作机制的理论建设。
It is the public responsibility of the whole society to safeguard young people＇s legitimate rights and interests and to serve their healthy development.Under the new situation,there exist some problems as follows： 1.It is commonly seen that their lawful rights and interests are violated;2.The society has insufficient understanding of the importance for maintaining such rights and interests;3.The authority and responsibility of Youth Rights Protection Departments are not clear;4.The legal system progress lags behind;5.Adolescents have weak awareness and abilities for conscientiously safeguarding their rights.It is essential to do the followings： 1.adjust and perfect the basic work patterns of youth rights protection;2.cultivate and enhance the awareness and ability to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests;3.enrich and innovate the means and methods of defending these rights and interests;4.establish and improve the security,coordination,supervision system of this work covering urban and rural areas;5.constantly deepen the theory development in building such working mechanism.
