摘要
针对某型磨煤机的动、静风环存在的问题,改进设计了新型的动、静环密封结构。解决了该型磨煤机长期存在的磨损严重、振动及噪声大等问题。对比改造前、后机组运行的经济效益,说明该项改造是成功的。
In light of the problems existed in the dynamic static sealing rings in a pulverizer,a new sealing structure of the dynamic static sealing rings has been improved and designed so as to have resolved long-term problems of serious abrasion,grievous vibration and large noise in this kind of pulverizer.This improvement shows successful in comparison with the economical results of the power unit between pre pro improvements.
