摘要
本次设计的电阻率测量仪以AVR单片机为核心,利用单片机的逻辑判断和计算功能对采集来的信号进行处理,提高了系统设计的灵活性与可调试性。不仅实现了电阻率、温度测量高精度的要求,而且有存储、查询、在线编程功能,采用LCD屏显示,界面相比传统测试仪更友好,为现场使用和调试提供方便。
The designed resistivity measuring instrument takes AVR singlechip as the core.Its logical decision and computation function are used to acquire the signals.It improves flexibility and debugging of the system.It can not only meet the requirement of high precision of resistivity and temperature,but also realize storage,query,on-line programming function.It uses LCD screen which is more friendly than traditional test instruments and provides convenience for field usage and debugging.
