摘要
目的:探讨健康教育干预对复发性流产患者行淋巴细胞免疫治疗效果的影响。方法:因复发性流产行淋巴细胞免疫治疗患者140例,按编号(单、双号)分成实验组70例和对照组70例;对实验组给予系统健康教育,对照组做一般常规介绍。结果:实验组足月分娩率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:淋巴细胞免疫治疗是治疗复发性流产的一种有效方法,健康教育可改善淋巴细胞免疫治疗的效果。
Objective：To explore the effect of health education intervention on curative effect of immunotherapy with lymphocyte among patients with recurrent abortion.Methods：140 patients who were treated with immunotherapy with lymphocyte because of recurrent abortion were divided into experimental group and control group,70 patients in each group;the patients in experimental group were treated with systematic health education,while the patients in control group received routine introduction.Results：The rate of full-term delivery in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Immunotherapy with lymphocyte is an effective method to treat recurrent abortion.Health education can improve the curative effect.
