摘要 大肠癌是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发生、发展机制较为复杂,涉及到许多癌基因、抑癌基因和信号通路的改变。在临床工作中,对大肠癌侵袭能力的评估和转移的预测,成为确定治疗方案的一个重要条件,影响患者的生存期。但是,目前尚缺乏对大肠癌预后评估的有效手段,
