摘要
目的:探讨安普贴联合极化液外敷治疗高龄患者Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮效果评价。方法:高龄患者56例,随机分为实验组和对照组各28例,实验组用极化液外涂,再将相应大小安普贴贴于创面上;对照组用普济压疮膏湿敷,外覆盖无菌干纱布,每天换药。结果:实验组治愈时间、换药次数及治愈有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:安普贴联合极化液治疗高龄患者Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮效果好,不良反应少,值得临床推广使用。
Objective：To investigate the effective evaluation of Algoplaque combined polarized liquid in the treatment of elderly patients with Ⅱ,Ⅲ bedsore.Methods：56 elderly cases of bedsore were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 28 cases in each group.The experimental group was externally coated with polarization liquid,then corresponding size of Algoplaque was pasted on the wound surface.The control group was performed wet compress with Puji Bedsore Plaster and covered with dry sterile gauze,daily change dressings.Results：The cure time,frequency of dressing changes and the cure rate in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Algoplaque combined polarized liquid in treatment of elderly patients with phase Ⅱ,Ⅲ bedsore has better effect and less adverse reactions,which is worth for popularization in clinic.
