摘要
近几年来,随着高中生源数的减少,高职院校不断降低录取分数线,学生素质参差不齐,增加了管理的难度,本文针对当前高职院校学生的特点就如何有效开展高职院校学生管理工作进行阐述。
In recent years, with the reducing of the number of high school students sources,vocational schools continue to lower admission standards,students varies,increasing the difficulty of management, this paper present the characteristics of students in vocational colleges of higher vocational colleges on how to effectively student management described.
