摘要
传统的三元磷化处理技术存在能耗高、重金属含量高、工业化成本高等缺陷。为了避免上述缺陷,响应环保、节能减排的要求,需要开发新型前处理技术。经研究发现,硅烷化前处理技术能耗低、工艺简单、废物排放量少,能够满足环保要求。主要从硅烷化前处理技术的原理、工艺流程、涂装质量、成本控制及环保性等方面介绍了其在汽车涂装中的应用。
Traditional ternary phosphate processing technology is of high energy consumption,high heavy metal content and high cost of industrialization.To avoid these shortcomings,it is needed to develop a new pre-treatment technology to meet the requirements of environment protection,energy saving and emission reduction.Through research,it is found that silane pre-treatment technology,processing the characteristics of low energy consumption,simple process and less waste emissions,can meet the requirements of environmental protection.This paper introduces the use of silane pre-treatment technology in the automobile industry from aspects of principle,technological process,coating quality,cost control and environmental protection.
