摘要
介绍了辽河特大桥防腐蚀涂层体系的选择,以及自清洁氟碳涂料的性能特点、配套体系的技术要求及涂装工艺,并在施工完成6个月后对钢箱梁外表面涂膜状态及自清洁氟碳面漆的自清洁效果进行调查。实践证明,自清洁氟碳涂料在桥梁防腐工程中效果理想,具有良好的应用前景。
This paper introduces the selection of anticorrosive coating system for Liaohe Bridge and the characteristics of self- cleaning fluorocarbon coatings, the technical requirements of the matchable system and the application technology. Six month later, we investigated the self- cleaning effect and the surface status of steel box girder of the bridge, showing that the self- cleaning fluorocarbon was of perfect effect in bridge anticorrosion engineering and has good application prospects.
