摘要
目的识别某化工助剂厂建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素,分析和评价控制效果。方法依据《工业企业设计卫生标准》《工作场所空气中有害物质监测的采样规范》采用现场调查、现场检测、职业健康检查等方法对建设项目进行评价。结果该建设项目的总体布局、生产设备及工艺布局、建筑卫生学、个人防护用品配备及使用情况、辅助用室、应急救援、职业病危害防护措施、职业卫生组织管理措施等基本符合国家有关法规要求。噪声强度为54.2~86.3 dB(A),有1个岗位噪声强度超标;工作场所的综合温度(WBGT指数)范围28.5~34.6℃,有1个岗位不符合要求;毒物、工频电场的检测结果均符合国家卫生标准要求。结论该建设项目职业病危害防护设施与主体工程执行了"三同时",职业病危害防控措施基本可行有效。
Objective To identify occupational hazards in the construction project of the chemical assistant solvent plant, analyze and evaluate the control effect. Methods According to Hygienic Standards for the Design of Industrial Enterprises and, Specifications of Air Sampling for Hazardous Substances Monitoring on the Workplace, sites were chosen and occupational hazards were evaluated by methods of field investigation, monitoring and occupational health examination. Results Contents of this construction project including the overall layout, the layout of production equipment and technology, the building hygiene, personal protective equipment and use of supplies, auxiliary rooms, emergency rescue, occupational hazard protection facilities and occupational health management measures basically accorded with the requirements of laws and specifications for occupational health. Noise intensity was between 54. 2 - 86. 3 dB ( A), and one point exceeded the allowable limits of national standards. Workplace integrate temperature ( WBGT index ) was between 28.5 - 34. 6 ℃, and one position didn' t meet the requirements. The results of poisonous chemicals, power frequency electric field were in line with the national standards. Conclusion The occupational hazards prevention facilities have been built up with the main project at the same time. The control measures on occupational hazards in the construction project are basically feasible.
