摘要
本文应用正交试验法,对氮离子注入40Cr 钢的表层,使物理、机械性能改变的机理作了分析。结果表明:氮离子注入剂量是影响表面显微硬度、磨损量和摩擦力的首要参数;注入能量是影响表面残余应力的首要参数。本实验正交分析所得最佳注入参数为:4×10^(17) ions·cm^(-2)剂量和100keV 能量.
The modification of the physical and mechanical properties of 40 chrome steel by implanting nitrogen ions in its surface is studied by means of ortho- gonal experimentation,and it is concluded that the fluence of implant is the primary factor affecting surface microhardness,wear and friction,and energy the primary factor affecting residual compressive stress;that the optimal parameters of the two factors,under the condition of the experimentation, are found to be 4 times 10^(17) ion/cm^(-2) and 100 keV respectively.
