摘要
草鱼出血病是我国淡水养鱼中危害最大的一种鱼病,本文介绍了运用莨菪药加疫苗浸泡夏花草鱼来预防草鱼出血病发生的方法。本文在夏花草鱼对茛菪的耐受力,免疫效果以及免疫夏花草鱼的生产性池塘饵养对比等方面作了分析。
Henbane,a kind of synergist,has been used in our experiments on bathing immunization by vaccine.Whether used with cell vaccine or tissue vaccine,the effect of bathing immunization in the experiment groups, which contained small amounts of henbane,was superior to that in control groups which used the vaccine only,and the bathing duration could be reduced to 3 hours.Results obtained in the laboratory were similar to those obtained in pond fish-farming experiments.The survival rate of imm- unized grass carps reached about 50—90%.Therefore,it seems justified to consider it a simple and effective method for the prevention of heamorrhage in grass carps,especially for the immunization of summer fingerlings of grass carp.
