摘要
采用超声共混法制备CNTS/La2O3复合粉末,测试复合粉末在2~18 GHz波段的电磁参数,研究不同La2O3含量的CNTS/La2O3吸波材料的电磁特性。结果表明,随着La2O3含量的增加,CNTs/La2O3的复介电常数的实部和虚部逐渐增加,介电损耗增大,衰减常数逐渐增大,但是特征阻抗降低。根据电磁波传输线理论计算CNTS/La2O3吸波材料的反射率曲线,当厚为2.0 mm,未掺杂La2O3,质量分数为6%CNTs的反射率峰值为-18.1 dB。La2O3的质量分数为15%时,CNTs/La2O3具有最佳的吸波性能,反射率峰值为-31.6 dB,小于-5 dB和-10 dB的频带宽为2.98 GHz和6.3 GHz。
Carbon nanotubes/La2O3 composite powders were prepared by mixing carbon nanotubes with La2O3 in an ultrasonic bath.The electromagnetic parameters of carbon nanotubes(CNTs) with La2O3 were tested.The results show that the electromagnetic parameters and the attenuation constants of composites increase as the weight content of La2O3 increases,while the wave impedance of the CNTs/La2O3 decreases.Reflection curves of CNTS-La2O3 absorbers calculated with electromagnetic wave transmission-line theory show that reflectivity peak of 6%CNTs(mass fraction) is-18.1 dB.The radar absorbing performance of 6% CNTs/15%La2O3 is best with 2.0 mm thickness.The simulation reflectivity peak is-31.6 dB,and the frequency bandwidth for less than-5 dB and-10 dB is 2.98 GHz and 6.3 GHz.
