地高辛在心力衰竭患者中的应用 被引量：7

摘要 洋地黄的应用可以追溯到18世纪William Withering首次将地高辛用于水肿的患者。200多年来，地高辛与利尿剂曾被认为是心力衰竭（心衰）治疗的基础；但随着B受体阻滞剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（ACEI）的应用，地高辛在心衰患者治疗中存在较大的争议。故本文从其作用机制、临床研究结果及注意事项三个方面阐述地高辛在心衰患者治疗中的应用。
