摘要
近来，有关新的抗心律失常药决奈达隆（dronedarone）信息引起了许多关注，其临床疗效与安全性、适应证与禁忌证已经陆续有报道，但也有上市后发现副作用和有关其临床试验（PALLAS研究）被提前终止的消息。该药品尚未在我国上市，如何看待这一新药却已经成为一个较为热门的话题。
