下肢骨折并发深静脉血栓患者血浆Hcy、LP(a)水平检测分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的对血浆Hcy、LP(a)水平检测对患有下肢骨折同时并发深静脉血栓的患者进行鉴别的临床意义进行分析研究。方法抽取患有下肢骨折与同时并发深静脉血栓的临床确诊患者病例各33例,将其定义为A、B组;再抽取同期在笔者所在医院就诊接受健康身体检查的健康人资料33例,将其定义为C组。结果 A组患者的血浆Hcy、LP(a)水平明显高于C组;B组患者的血浆Hcy、LP(a)水平明显高于A组患者。结论下肢骨折和同时并发深静脉血栓会导致患者血浆Hcy、LP(a)水平显著提高。
