蝶窦异位垂体生长激素腺瘤一例 被引量:4

摘要 垂体腺瘤是鞍区最常见的肿瘤,垂体生长激素(growth hormone,GH)腺瘤约占功能性垂体腺瘤的20%~30%[1],瘤体多位于鞍窝内,而本例鞍内空虚,瘤体异位于蝶窦内,具有特殊性,现报道如下。
