综合康复疗法治疗脑卒中早期肩关节半脱位患者的疗效观察 被引量：10

摘要 脑卒中后肩关节半脱位是脑卒中最常见的并发症之一，尤其在脑卒中早期，多可因肩周肌肉（特别是冈上肌、三角肌）肌张力降低、肩关节囊松弛以及受重力等因素而引发^[1-2]。有统计研究表明，其发生率约40．9％-70．7％，而肩关节半脱位后有近80％的患者还会伴肩痛、肩手综合征等并发症，甚至能影响腋神经电生理特性.
