两种控制通气模式对老年患者喉罩麻醉下行腹腔镜手术时呼吸功能的影响 被引量：28

摘要 喉罩是由英国医生ArchieBrain在1981年根据成人咽喉部解剖结构研制的一种人工气道，让患者既可自主呼吸，也可正压通气。由于喉罩不进入气道，对气管黏膜无刺激且较少的咽喉部并发症，比气管导管更有利于降低气道反应性^1-]，经喉罩正压通气已经广泛应用于老年患者，老年患者全身麻醉过程中使用喉罩通气，可显著减轻气管插管所致的心血管反应^[2]，
