摘要 目的探讨斑点追踪成像(STI)技术评价高血压患者左室长轴纵向改变的临床价值。方法获取标准心尖两腔、三腔、四腔切面二维动态图像,应用STI测量高血压各组与对照组研究对象的各节段纵向应变,并计算各平面峰值应变。结果高血压A组的LS峰值较N组无明显减低(P>0.05),B~D组LS峰值较N组明显减低且递减(均P<0.05)。结论 STI技术为评价老年高血压左室重构患者左心室心肌收缩功能提供了无创性的新方法,为临床预防及治疗提供了重要理论依据,具有很大的临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the clinical application of speckle tracking imaging (STI) in estimating left ventricular remod- eling of hypertension. Methods High frame rate images were recorded from the LV apical two-, three- and four-chamber view. Peak systol- ic strain of each segment was acquired, average strain value of three consecutive cardiac cycles was calculated as the peak systolic strain. The average strain values of the three LV long axis levels were calculated as the LV global LS. Results There was no significant difference be- tween group A and N on average LS values of long axis levels(P 〉 O. 05) , but above indexes in group B to D were larger than those of group N and consecutive decrement from group A to D ( all P 〈 0. 05 ). Conchlslons STI has the potentiality to be used to evaluate the LV systol- ic function in hypertension patients with different patterns of left ventricular hypertrophic geometric models, which provides important theory evidence for clinical treatment and prevention, and has considerable substantial clinical values.
