摘要
目的:探讨乌灵胶囊联合黛力新治疗缺血性中风后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:将60例缺血性中风后抑郁症患者随机分成两组,对照组30例,给予缺血性中风病内科常规治疗以及康复锻炼和西药黛力新治疗;治疗组30例,在对照组治疗的基础上联合乌灵胶囊治疗。两组在治疗前和治疗后6周分别进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分。结果:两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在经过6周连续服药治疗后,组间以及组内的HAMD评分和NIHSS评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乌灵胶囊联合西药黛力新在治疗中风后抑郁症的临床疗效观察中优于单纯应用西药黛力新,且依从性好。
Objective：To study the clinical effects of Wuling Capsule and Deanxit in treating post ischemic stroke depression.Methods：60 cases with post ischemic stroke depression were randomly divided into to two groups.The control group（30 cases）,which was treated by regular treatment of ischemic stroke given by the internal medicine department and rehabilitation exercises combined with western medicine Deanxit.The treatment group（30 cases） was treated with Wuling Capsule based on the treatment of control group.Both groups were scored by Hamilton Depression Rating Scale（HAMD） and U.S.National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale（NIHSS） in six weeks before treatment and after treatment respectively.Results：Comparison of the total effective rate in both groups showed the difference had statistics significance（P〈0.05）.After 6 weeks of continuous medication treatment,comparison of the HAMD score and NIHSS score in the interval group and internal group showed the differences of both groups had statistics significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of Wuling Capsule and western medicine Deanxit is observed to be superior to the single use of western medicine Deanxit in the clinical therapeutic effects in treating post stroke depression and patients have good compliance.
