摘要
煤矿安全评价是辩识煤矿危险源和消除生产系统危险因素的重要方法,对煤矿企业的安全生产及安全管理都将起到积极的作用。本文在分析我国煤矿安全生产现状的基础上,概述了模糊评价方法的基本原理,并以某煤矿为例,介绍了该方法在煤矿安全管理中的具体应用,并根据评价结果对该煤矿提出了整改建议,对提高煤矿生产的安全管理水平具有重要的意义。
Mine safety assessment is a major way to distinguish and remove the dangers in the coal mine and plays an active part in its production and management. This paper introduces the basic principles of fuzzy evaluation method briefly, describes this method in the coal mine safety management in-depth as an example in a coal mine, and presents the rectification and reform proposals based on evaluation results
