摘要
文章在介绍GDY-2000L工程钻机负载敏感液压系统工作原理的基础上,结合AMESim仿真软件对负载敏感控制阀和限压阀及整个液压系统进行了建模与仿真,对系统压力自适应特点进行了系统分析和总结,提高了GDY-2000L工程钻机负载敏感液压系统的系统认识,对液压系统设计和AMESim仿真实践具有借鉴意义。
Base on the introduction on the working principle of the load sensitive hydraulic system in the GDY - 2000L. engineering drilling rig, in combination with the AMESim simulation software, a model establishment and simulation were conducted on the load sensitive control valve and pressure limit valve as well as the completed hydraulic system. A systematic analysis and conclusion were made on the self adaptation features of the system pressure. A systematic understanding of the load sensitive hydraulic system in the GDY -2000L engineering drilling rig was improved, which could provide the reference sia, nificances to the design of the hydraulic system and the simulation practices of the AMESim.
