摘要
目的探讨在湿热环境下进行不同强度军事作业时人体应激负荷指标。方法将80名自愿同意参加试验的健康男性志愿者随机分为4组,每组20人。饭后3 h,在湿热环境下[无遮盖的室外,三球温度为(35.9±1.1)℃,相对湿度为(76.0±3.5)%,按照GJB 1104—91《中华人民共和国国家军用标准》分别进行轻、中、重、极重强度作业,作业时间1 h。在作业开始前1 min和作业结束后即刻测量心率、耳道温度、出汗量和唾液、血浆中皮质醇含量。结果与作业前比较,湿热环境作业后各作业强度组受试者耳道温度、心率和唾液皮质醇含量均升高,出汗量无明显变化,轻强度组血浆皮质醇含量升高。唾液皮质醇、心率与作业强度呈显著正相关(均P<0.05);血浆皮质醇与作业强度呈显著负相关(P<0.05);耳道温度、出汗量与作业强度无相关性(均P>0.05)。结论唾液皮质醇可作为湿热环境军事作业机体应激负荷评价的新指标。
Objective To screen the sensitive index for evaluating the physiological stress when exercised in hot and humid environment. Methods Eighty young male soldiers were randomly divided into low intensity group, moderate intensity group ,high intensity group ,and the heavy intensity group. Their ear canal temperature ,heart rate ,the contents of salivary cortisol (SC) and plasma cortisol were measured before and after one hours' military operation in hot and humid environment [WBGT; (35.9±1.1)℃;relative humidity: (76.0±3.5)%]. Results After exercise in hot and humid environment,their ear canal temperature, heart rate,the contents of salivary cortisol (SC) increased, and their plasma cortisol had no change. The heart rate and the content of SC were positively correlated with the physical activity level, but the content of plasma cortisol was negatively correlated with the physical activity level during the exercise in hot and humid environment. However, no correlation was observed between ear canal temperature, sweat and the intensity of operations. Conclusion Salivary cortisol is a new sensitive physical stressor during military operation in hot and humid environment.
