摘要
试验以3年生巨峰实生苗——始花自根苗和未花嫁接苗为材料,分析其阶段发育过程中叶片的还原糖、非还原糖,可溶性总糖和中乳糖醛酸等含量的变化,还研究了延长光照(40w/m^2 18:30—06:30)对上述成分含量的影响。结果表明:始花自根苗的叶片,非还原糖含量从茎基部到开花节位逐渐增加,在开花节位降低,近植株顶端又增加;还原糖和可溶性总糖含量在首次出现卷须部位达最大值;半乳糖醛酸含量在卷须和花序首次出现部位之间即转变区达最大值,然后随节位升高而降低并稳定在较低水平上;光照处理对半乳糖醛酸和可溶性糖含量无显著影响;始花自根苗最低开花节位以下部位叶片的还原糖、可溶性总糖及半乳糖醛酸的含量与末花嫁接苗相应的发育部位有相似的变化趋势。
The amount of reducing sugar, non-reducing sugar, total soluble sugar and galacturonic acid in leaves of three-year-old ' Kyoho' self-rooted seedlings which had just entered into the reproductive state and their grafted seedlings on 'Beixiangjiao' rootstock which remained vegetative growth were determined during course of their developmeng stage. The effect of extended illuminiation (40w / m^2 18:30—06:30) on the amount of above-mentioned constituents in the grapevine seedlings was investigated. The results showed that there was a progressive increase of leaf non-reducing sugar along the stem up from the base end to the blossoming node, followed by a constant decrease which showed a final increase as the apex was approached. The peak of reducing sugar and tolal soluble sugar content occurred in the leaf at the node where the first tendril appeared. The amount of galacturonic acid reached its maxmum in the transition zone and then declined to and maintained at a relatively low level. Extended illumination had no signifocant effect on these constituents. The trend of reducing sugar, total soluble sugar and galacturonic acid content in the leaves along the stem of self-rooted seedlings below the lowest blossoming node was simillar to that of the vegetative grafted seedlings.
