摘要
近年来我国猪肉价格频繁波动,对人民生活水平的提高和养猪业的发展有很大的影响。本文在分析猪肉价格波动原因的基础上,对我国工业反哺农业的政策进行反思。结果表明,对养猪业发展支持的力度不足和方法欠妥是猪肉价格波动的主要原因。提出了我国工业反哺农业应在补贴种粮的同时,大力发展畜禽等养殖业,除了在生产领域反哺外,还要加大在流通领域保护的力度,既要支持规模大户的发展,又要兼顾小农散户的利益的对策建议。
In recent years, the pork price frequent fluctuations has been affecting people＇ s standard of living lifting and pig farming developing. In this paper, based on the analysis of the cause of pork price fluctuations, it refieeted the policy of industry repaying agriculture in our country. The results showed that, support shortage and deficiencies in ways and means are the basic cause of pork price fluctuations. Some methods and recommendations are proposed to accelerate pig farming and other agriculture fast and continuous development： while subsidy grain, strongly development livestock farms, increase support in the circulation besides in the field of production, support small-scale peasants as well as large farmers.
