摘要
浙江省大麦品种资源耐湿性鉴定试验结果表明:(1)浙江省是全国耐湿性大麦品种资源最丰富的区域之一;(2)各项湿害指数间存在显著正相关,而单项湿害指数对综合湿害指数的“贡献率”是:每穗实粒数和单株绿叶数均接近30%,株高约25%,千粒重15%左右;(3)品种的耐湿性与其农艺性状间呈负相关;(4)品种的湿害指数随原产地的雨量、雨日和积温的增加而下降;(5)采用迭代聚类法将全省划分为四个大麦气候生态区,其中第Ⅰ气候生态区(浙北)的品种耐湿性强度明显高于其它三个区。(6)初步筛选出一批耐湿性较好、农艺性状较优的品种。
The test results in barley germplasm resources of Zhejiang Province show that the Province is one of the most abundand area in China for barley wet-tolerance germplasm resources; There exist significantly positive correlations among wet-damage indexes, while the percentage of each item to their total wet-damage index is close to 30% for both the filled grains in an ear, and the number of green leaves in each plant is near 25% and 15% for plant height and 1000-grain weight respectively; The agronomic characters are significantly and negatively correlated with wet-tolerance indexes; The total index of wet-damage decreases with increase of rainfall, rainy days and accumulated temperature at original place of the varieties tested; Based on the method of iterative cluster analysis, the Province can be divided into 4 barley ecological zones. In the first zone (i.e.north of the Province)Wet-tolerance of barley germplasm resources is more than those of other 3 zones; And some varieties which are good in both degree of wet-tolerance and agronomic characters are preliminarily identified and selected.
