摘要
水稻品种广陆矮4号的干种子产经0、150、300和450Gy 的γ射线和0、0.1、0.2和0.3mmol 浓度的 EMS 复合处理后,从 M_1代生物学效应和 M_2代突变表明,M_1代的损伤效应随γ射线的剂量和 EMS 的浓度提高而增加。苗高、根长、苗高活力指数、细胞畸变率表现累加效应;根长活力指数和结实率存在着协合效应。复合处理的最佳剂量组合为300Gyγ射线与0.3mmol EMS 复合处理,其叶绿素突变、抽穗期和株高突变频率分别为4.02%、4.33%和4.05%,相互作用系数频率分别为1.03、1.31和1.27,表现为正的协合作用。
As Guangluai 4 dry rice seeds were treated with 0,150,300 and 450 Gy of gamma-rays and 0.1,0.2 and 0.3 mmol of EMS solutions,the study on biological effects in M_1 and the mutation frequen- cy in M_2 showed that the biological injuries of M_1 increased with the increase of gamma-ray doses and EMS concentration.Additive effects were observed on plant height,root length,vigor index of plant height and chromosome aberration,while synergic effects on the setting percentage and vigor index of root length.The results suggested that the treatment of 300 Gy gamma-rays combined with 0.3 mmol EMS be the most effective.Mutation frequencies of chlorophyll,heading stage and plant height in M_2 generation were 4.02,4.33 and 4.05 respectively.The coefficients of interaction were 1.03,1.31 and 1.27 respectively.
